Draw out questions

I learnt recently from my co-facilitator a wonderful question in a workshop in Shanghai.  A great way to draw thoughts / questions from the floor.

‘….Don't hesitate to ask any question you have in mind. I am sure that someone else here is wandering the same thing.  You will be helping others if you raise the question….’
