Facilitation and Business Schools

I spent a few days in Lausanne after the London workshop. To my surprise, I found out that my hotel is just next to the famous business school – LMD. I took a stroll into the campus and to my even greater surprise, I found in the bookstore a book called ‘Facilitating Groups to Drive Change’. I have always wondered how business schools will look at facilitation. Unlike negotiation skills, it seems to me that facilitation skills have not been treated as a mainstream business technique.

I bought it right away and let’s see what is in there.
