This piece of reflection is a combination of recent experience in Hong Kong and Chennai, as well as my reading on the book 'Standing on the Fire'.
In short, my next step of development should be more about how I see things rather than how I do things. So, ‘observer’ rather than ‘action’….. Or, ‘mindset’ rather than ‘behavior’…..
There would be a lot of inner work to be done….
