LET GO

I talked about my dilemma in making the learners to reflect. I earned a great insight from my co-facilitator last week. I just got to LET GO.

My fear was that the learners may feel bored when I invite them to reflect. Well, realistically, some may and some may not. I should not be too controlling and expect all to follow my wish. I should LET GO.
